Who We Are
Hi there, I’m Sherri Breard. I’m a vintage 58 about to be 1 year closer to 60. ✨ I grew up in the small Indiana town of Mitchell. I moved to Texas 34 years ago on a whim to find a teaching job. Not only did I find a teaching job where I’ve taught 4th grade, PACE; a Gifted and Talented program, and now a Student Support Liaison/Instructional Specialist, but also found a new home. 🏡 I’ve lived in Texas 3×3 more years than I have in Indiana. 🤠 I’ve been married to my husband, David, for 12 years now. We have 2 fur-babies, Charlie and Jaide 🐶🐶 who are spoiled rotten! 🤣
I started my home-based travel agency mainly because I want to travel and thought I could also assist others who like to travel. I decided on my niche of Glamping and Luxe Escapes for several reasons:

My husband is a hunter and I like to go with him at times to escape the city and relax. What better way to spend time together, but I’d prefer to Glamp instead of camp! 🏞️

My dream when I retire from education is to spend a month in Italy and a month in Greece. 🍷🏖️
So, I started researching and loved what I discovered! There were so many places that appealed to me! 🏝️🏜️🛳️🌄🌅 I decided that I could live vicariously through planning curated itineraries designed to fit the needs of others because planning trips 🧳 is my jam and I could also plan my bucket list of places to visit with my husband (and a few of his bucket list places as well 😂) along the way. ✈️
Being a travel advisor is something that I dreamed 😴 of as a kiddo. I 💚🧡 the flexibility of working from home no matter what the time, the travel perks, and being my own boss. Travel is a passion, not just during breaks from school, but for a lifetime!
